Kilimanjaro Jerk Pork Chops Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 6 oz boneless pork loin chops 1 6 oz bottle of Kilimanjaro Jerk Sauce
Directions:
Marinate chops in a glass bowl or baking dish for 6-24 hours. The longer your marinade, the stronger the flavor of the jerk sauce will be. Grill or bake as desired. For best jerk flavor, baste chops with jerk sauce while cooking.
You can also try this method with chicken!
Kilimanjaro Jerk Pasta Salad Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1/2 lb Garden Rotini Pasta 3 qt Water 1/4 cup Green Pepper julienne 1/4 cup Yellow Pepper julienne 1/4 cup Red Onion julienne 1/2 cup Cherry Tomato quartered 1/4 tsp Salt to taste 3/4 cup Kilimanjaro Jerk Sauce
Directions:
Cook pasta in water and drain. Cool pasta by rinsing with cool water. Toss the remaining ingredients in a bowl and chill before serving.
Jerk Chicken Salad
1 pound chicken breast cooked in 4 oz Kilimanjaro Jerk Sauce Small dice 2 stalks celery Small dice 1/3 of a red onion Small dice 1 small carrot Toss in 6oz light mayonaise and 2 oz jerk sauce Salt and pepper to taste.
Sweet Jerk Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar 1/3 cup Kilimanjaro Jerk Sauce
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature or microwave for 25 seconds. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve. For a firm spread, refrigerate for 2 hours.
